Could not calculate build plan

Could not calculate build plan: Failure to transfer org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:pom:2.4.3 from  

1.某网站的页面抓取过来之后空格都变成了问号，因为UTF8的编码的问题，处理：替换\u00A0为空格就可以了

2.某个网站无法载入，因为链接里包含了{}这样的字符，需要将特殊字符换成相应的十六进制的值，否则GetMethod就会抛异常，提示参数错误

httpClient.executeMethod(getMethod);

3.这样一个错误：

Could not calculate build plan: Failure to transfer org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-resources-plugin:pom:2.4.3 from http://mvn.hz.netease.com/artifactory/repo was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of artifactory has elapsed or updates are forced. 解决方法：
在plugins的目录下删除 .lastUpdated结尾的文件，然后clean就可以了  用户目录下的仓库和自己本地设定的仓库，都要将lastupdate删掉。。 因为缓存的问题。。
